International Project Management

International Project Management

We’ve worked with agricultural programs in Rwanda, education programs in Sierra Leone, and refugee resettlement programs in Jordan, Turkey, & Syria. Language barriers, new cultural customs, and understanding vulnerable populations can be critical challenges to relief and development work. We’ve seen bad weather derail entire medical trips, and poor planning delay resources at the most critical moments. This can waste essential time, and certain overlapping services can give host country governments a cover for failing to provide basic needs. There are lots of obstacles to navigate where ever you engage in development work, and we are here to help you avoid some of the most common mistakes that we’ve seen during our decades in the field. Big projects take lots of reliable partners, and we can provide a helping hand with professionalism and the relevant experience to move your nonprofit goals forward.

We work with nonprofits that are focused on issues related to the Sustainable Development Goals. Here’s a few areas we’ve worked in recently.

  • Refugee Resettlement. Medical Team. International Medical Mission

    Refugee Resettlement

Our experienced team can help you find logistics answers for your volunteers, assist in fundraising for your cause, or manage the need at your target site. We’ve been working with displaced populations since 2009, so we are familiar with the challenges presented by overseas medical missions and relief work. There are lots of variables when dealing with displaced populations. We are here to help your team in any way that furthers your nonprofit goals. Let our experience work for you!

  • International Education Program. African Education. Latin America Education. School Fund

    Schools & Education

We’ve worked with dozens of education programs across the USA, Africa, the Middle East, and China. From overseeing the construction of schools to sourcing classroom materials, our team has seen nearly every aspect of international education work for teachers and students alike. Let us share our contacts with you and work with your team to improve education outcomes for your target community!

  • International Sanitation. Nonprofit Project Management. Project Assistant

    WASH Programs

Clean water and reliable sanitation networks are the foundation for nearly every project site we’ve worked on. They are essential, but they are not easy to maintain and manage for a number of reasons. We want to connect you with the resources and the contacts in the industry for this most crucial step in international development. WASH programs take an understanding of construction, climate, and the cultural norms where you’ll be working. We’ve got the experience to set you on the right path!

  • Medical Nonprofit. Africa. Latin America. Medical Mission. Doctors. Volunteer

    Medical Relief Aid

Our team has seen public health and sanitation problems delay nonprofit projects longer than you can imagine. You’ve got to start with a healthy population to deliver quality education, improved economic conditions, or motivate social change. Medical care is a key component to most successful schools we see in the developing world. They go hand in hand, and we have the experience to bring all these foundational elements together in a way that will save you time and resources!

  • Poverty Eradication. Education Nonprofit. Literacy Program. School. Girls School

    Addressing Poverty

Programs aimed at poverty reduction can take many forms, but they all need to start with the right foundations. You’ll likely need a physical location with adequate sanitation systems, an in country staff to handle the day to day activities, and an idea of how you’re going to provide equitable access to the resources for your project. We can help with everything from research & planning to program outlines to assistance on the ground in your target community. It’s easy to make mistakes, and it takes more than passion to run a successful and sustainable nonprofit. We can help you get the most impact from your project resources!

    Specialty Projects

From orphanages to agricultural initiatives - our team has followed nonprofits from their initial concept to breaking ground in over 15 countries! We’ve also worked on projects for the UN, and collaborated with other development agencies like the Red Cross and Save The Children. We’ve worked with successful micro-loan programs to women’s farmer cooperatives in Uganda, and helped raise money for volunteer dentist equipment in refugee camps in Jordan. Could you use an experienced hand with your international project?

Our Experience

Our team has had hundreds of experiences on development sites like this housing project in Sierra Leone. Our director has a background in construction management, which comes in handy since we’ve seen the construction of orphanages, places of worship, classrooms, soccer fields, and agricultural sites over the last several years. We can be in country when you can’t, and we’ve likely got a contact in your field - maybe even in your region, that could share important information about getting your project started. Check out the video ——> This is an extremely unique project because Home Leone sources the bricks for their home construction on site. If your project requires construction in west Africa, this is the kid of contact we’d love to share with your team!
